The PIGINI Basson is a highly respected instrument that has amply proven its existence over the past decades. It is a great asset to any orchestra. Tongues of impressive size – designed specifically for this instrument – faithfully do their work inside the instrument. The Basson is a robust instrument that you can always count on, a bass accordion that plays lightly and speaks instantly, that can easily play very softly, but can deliver a very powerful sound when needed. The P39 is also 3-choir which gives the instrument an extra rich “sound.

NOTE: The Basson can be supplied with a proven microphone (DPA) + speaker system that amplifies the sound of the bass accordion very nicely and naturally. Many orchestras are already using it.
